Hi, After having adobe on my Mac for two years it is asking me to reenter the serial key. When I do so it continually says it's incorrect.
I'm 100% sure I have the right key - even shows up in my account details.
Please help.
Are you reinstalling? If you have a volume serial number you also need a volume installer. The retail installer will not work. Get the volume installer files from the Licensing Website. http://licensing.adobe.com/
