Contact your administrator to serialize this device again and add it to the Photoshop pool.
If your administrator has already done this step, please try again in 15 minutes.

If still doesn't work, you may need to contact our support
please open this link Contact Customer Care and click on Sign in.
Use your Adobe ID and the password to sign in.
Then choose an option with which you are experiencing the issue.
Select the type of issue and scroll down the screen.
Click on "show me my contact options" and choose chat or Phone option provided below.
