Serialnumber not valid

Question

When I type in the serialnumber for downloadet products, it tells me that the serialnumber is not valid for this product.

My organisation bought in Nov.2011 a CS5.5 Adobe Design Std. Multiple Platforms Danish AOO License.

I tried downloading from https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/cs5-5-product-downloads.html

The order is made for a Danish version and I dowloaded the English can that be the reason for error?

I have asked the support, which tells me to ask here???

Language is one reason your serial number will not be valid. Serial numbers are language and platform-specific.

Also, your company might have purchased a volume license, which means you need to download from the volume licensing end of things rather than the individual license side.
