Set up a teams account but now my apps say to start a trial

I had an all apps plan then set up a teams account to give two licenses of premiere to my editors now half of my apps including premiere say I need to start a trial. Any leads here?

For using the license which has been given to you by your organization, Sign out and sign back in. After entering your credentials, the Profile chooser will display. Select the profile of your choice.
