Setting up Creative Cloud for a new user
We have a new staff member who took over the computer used by the person she replaced. That system has Creative Cloud installed. I have removed the old user from the Admin Console and invited the new user. Unfortunately, during this time, the new user created a free personal account using her work email. Now we are having trouble getting her logged in with her work email.
Should I uninstall everything and start from scratch?
Do I wait for the free trial period to end?
