Shared CC Libraries for Teams not working

Hi everyone

 

Two weeks ago our CC Libraries in our Teams account stopped synchoronizing between users.
The work around at the moment involves an export of the Library and local import for each user.

 

I find conflicting information on Adobe whether this feature is no longer available or not to teams accounts. Any advice?

By reset, you mean keep up to date?


no.

 

reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

the local sync folder is the only part of adobe's cc files that no longer sync'd.

Hello,
Not sure I understand where to save the libraries then - I put them into CC Libraries via the Cloud - currently I can only mark them as personal and sharing does not work.

cc libraries should still sync.  have you all reset your cc desktop apps?
