Our institute acquired in 2018 a Creative Cloud for Teams Multiple Platforms Multi European Languages Renewal Subscription 12 months L1 (1-9) Device EDU software product license. The software package was installed on the PC. This year we paid for a license extension, but the seller wrote that Device licenses are no longer available for order, the extension will be Shared Device licenses. To do this, we need to transfer our console to SDL. Please send instructions on how to do this. And do we need to switch to SDL if our software package is on one device and it is not connected to the network?
