Shared Libraries in CC not visible to all students

We are running into major issues with Creative Cloud in our classroom. Our students have individual licenses w/in the Enterprise account, and suddenly multiple students are unable to access our shared library of assets. At least 4 students are unable to sign in and see our shared library. We have uninvited them, and reinvited them multiple times. Yes, they can use the products, but we NEED them to use the assets in the library. Any advice on how to correct this would be appreciated! Our yearbook depends on this working.

Hi,

Could you please provide more details on what the issue is? 
You are saying "students are unable to sign in"  - are they facing login problem in CCD?
When you invite them to a Library, do they get a notification in CCD or on assets.adobe.com? Do they press "Accept"? And then Library is not syncing for them to the Libraries Panel? 
Can they see that Library on assets web? 
Do they get Sync error in CCD for Libraries?

Yes the students can log in. They receive the email and can accept the invitation. Then...

The library does not show up in their "your Libraries" section of the CC app, nor does it show up in the CC Libraries section in InDesign.

Because of this, they cannot use the assets or contribute to our shared library.

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.

    Got it, thanks for the details!
    Could you please send the Logs from one of the user's machine, where they experience this problem? 
    Logs can be gathered using Log Collector:
    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html
    And once they are gathered, could you please post Logs ID here, so we'll retrieve them for investigation.
