Shared library not appearing

I recently joined a new company and the library they shared with me is not showing up. I received the email inviting me, clicked the "start collaborating" button and clicked on the notification to accept in the creative cloud app but no library is appearing anywhere. When my team members look at the list of members on the library it says my invitation is pending but I don't see anywhere else to accept it. Any ideas?
