Sharing Generative AI Credits Between Users

Hello,

We have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription for 4 users. Some users consume their 4,000 generative AI credits before the end of each month.

Is it possible for those users to use the unused credits from the other users until the monthly credits are renewed?

If so, how can this be set up?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Nico

do you have a teams or an enterprise subscription?  ie, it may be that only enterprise subscriptions have access to shared ai credits that can be shared.

also, post in the enterprise & teams forum, if you have either subscription type, https://community.adobe.com/questions-624

That’s it, we have a teams subscription, so we are not allowed to share credits. Thank you for your help.
