Sharing generative AI credits in a team

Hello,

We have a Creative Cloud Pro subscription for 4 users. Some users consume their 4,000 generative AI credits before the end of each month.

Is it possible for those users to use the unused credits from the other users until the monthly credits are renewed?

If so, how can this be set up? Where exactly in the admin console ?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards,
Nico

    Hi @Nicolas24658201ml0b,

Thanks for posting this. It’s annoying when a couple of people burn through their credits early while the rest of the team’s sit unused.

Unfortunately, credits can’t be shared between users on Creative Cloud for teams. Every license gets its own monthly allocation, and it stays with that user. Whatever isn’t used doesn’t carry over either, since everyone’s balance resets at the start of the month. So there’s no setting in the Admin Console for moving credits from one person to another.

You might see “Shared Credits” mentioned in our admin guides, but it’s a different thing. It doesn’t hand out anyone’s individual credits. It lets assigned users keep using Firefly-powered features from an organization-level pool once their own credits run out, and it runs through Firefly Creative Production or Firefly Services on Creative Cloud for enterprise Edition 4. Here’s how it works: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/generative-credit-pool.html

Let us know if anything else comes up, happy to help.

    Thanks,
    ^AV
