Show all folders in CC as an admin

Hi, I'm the admin of a CC-Team. We have a lot of folders. Unfortunately two team members left and still are owners of some folders. I am not invited to these folders, so I can't see them. How can I make them visible or admin them?

Thx for your help.

Hi,

Creative Cloud for Teams accounts use Adobe ID. With the Adobe ID type, this is owned and managed by the end user and the admin has no access to those accounts. The normal process is to share the assets prior to the person leaving.

For Enterprise accounts you can use Enterprise and Federated ID. With these the admin has more control and can reset the password in order to access the assets.

But if you control the resources, especially the e-mail attached to the id, you could ask for a password reset. The only unknown to me is the 2 step verification. For a company cell phone that too should not be a problem. Well, and you could ask the person to share the required assets...when they are still in reach.
