Sign in Required for Creative Cloud? Have 200 iMacs...

If I was a system administrator installing Creative Cloud onto roughly 200 iMac (Sierra) computers with an image build of the whole Adobe suite would there be any reason to consistently (happens 1 out of 4 times) get the “Sign in Required” screen when attempting to open any application? Having multiple computers Creative Cloud isn’t used for students to sign into but to only use the applications as needed or standalone. I have already: (1) checked for updates (2) uninstalled and reinstalled the CC application. Thanks for any responses.

    Hi,

As you are not using Named User entitlement, what method are you using? A serial number or a device license?

For both of the latter we recommend not including the Creative Cloud Desktop App in your package.

Thanks alisterblack! I appreciate the response and workflow information.

By the way, it's one serial number for all image builds.
