signed out loop and cant download any apps

Stuck on tihis screen on the app, the adobe apps i already have that still run are connected to an old account that no longer exists. Im trying to log in and download the apps via a new account but i cant delete the old ones since i cant log in.

Im stuck in this loop of not being able to log in and downloaded new apps, and not being able to delete the old ones or even the cc app itself since i cant log into the old one.

Any ways around this?
