Silent install and activation of Premiere Elements 14 TLP

I am trying to deploy TLP licences of PRE14 (Adobe Premiere Elements) to 20 PCs without having to visit each PC and input serial number. I found and implemented solution for PSE 14

""%AppInstallers%"\Adobe Photoshop Elements 14\PSE 14\oem.exe" -P PSE -[SERIALNUMBER]

However update command does not work for the PRE mentioned above. Does anyone have any idea how to resolve silent install with activation?
