Sincronización de archivos desactivado

Buenas Tardes Colegas, me sale el siguiente error, ya reinstale todo el paquete de Adobe CC, pero el error persiste.

no puedo sincronizar mis bibliotecas, su ayuda por favor comunidad.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you please check if you are signed in to your computer with an Administrators account? Which version of the operating system & the Creative Cloud Desktop App you're using? Since when have you been seeing this issue? Can you please open Activity Monitor/Task Manager and check if CCLibrary.exe & the Core Sync process are running in the background or not? We're here to help, just need some info.

Buenas Noches @Tarun Saini , actualmente cuento con equipo IMAC con Macos Catalina, tengo actualmente en mi equipo una cuenta administrador y una cuenta standar, que uso actualmente.
Estoy utilizando la versión actualizada de Adobe CC.

El error se presento desde hoy en la mañana cuando encendí el equipo me indica que no tengo permisos para poder ver mis librerias de adobe.

Probe con otra cuenta de adobe y si aparecen las librerias, pero con mi cuenta no aparecen.

incluso probe mi cuenta en un equipo windows y me aparece el mismo error que no tengo permisos para poder ver mis librerias, que contacte a TI de mi organización.

Thanks for the info. Have you tried using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the application?
