Slow update

We had the same problem today. Around 100 machines started to download massive adobe update at once and it brought down our entire network, both WANs on the load balancer, and the failover backup network. Remarkable.

    Sorry about the troubling experience. Have you created a support ticket via the admin console for this?

    If you have a support ticket, we will review and share the feedback with our product teams. Also, I would like to know whether the customer was created as a self-managed or IT-managed package for Adobe apps.
