small office issues

I work in a small office where the staff has purchased software individually.   It's unclear who has subscribed to what from Adobe.    Is there a way that I can get from where we are now to having and Admin console, listing the users and what software they have?

It isn't that strange that there's a difference -- the teams license is much more suitable for companies, so it costs companies more. I should emphasise that individual accounts belong to the individual. Nobody else can talk to Adobe about it. Their employer gets no rights to cancel or even ask Adobe about it. The bill payer gets no contractual rights, since they had no part in the contract. So if the employee leaves they get a nice gift.  Even a willing employee can only cancel (with cancellation fee), there is no facility to transfer an individual license. Adobe do, however, offer a way to convert individual licenses to business licenses (one way trip only) - you'd need to contact them about that.

how could that work?  ie, how/why would adobe give you access to your employees' records when adobe has no way to determine who are your employees and that they want their boss snooping into their private business?

Maybe my question should have been worded differently.

Is there an administration facility for companies to control, revoke or reallocate license for their employees?
