Software Transfer

I have a standalone copy of Adobe Acrobat, I deployed a new laptop that I need to install it on but I think I need to deactivate it to put it on another laptop. We have had it since 2015 but the email it was linked to changed because the person got married and there was a name change. I am trying to get A HOLD OF SUPPORT so I can

try to give them key code to change that info.
