"Something went wrong" error after deploying through Citrix

For the past year+, we have maintained a Windows 10 image with Adobe CC installed on it.  We deploy this image periodically through Citrix to virtual desktops.

 

Now that Adobe 2021 has been released, every time we deploy our latest "windows image" to update our VDI images, we receive the "Something went wrong" error.  We've tried resetting the user's profile. 

 

These are for non-persistant desktops, and we cannot simply uninstall/reinstall.
