Sorry Installation failed We are unable to complete installation this time Error code 127

I continue to receive this error when attempting to install adobe premiere pro on my Windows 10 64bit computer.

 

Note: Im installing Software without internet

    Installation completed sucessfully after i uninstalled Antivirus.
