Spacebar not working properly

Hi I am having trouble with my keyboard in all Adobe Suite programs (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator). When I press the spacebar while typing, the program either shuts down or it asks if I'd like to close the file and save. Any help would be great. Thanks
