Split users into multiple Adobe CC accounts?

My org is actually comprised of multiple companies (users from both are currently part of our single Adobe CC account). The owners are insisting that the billing for Adobe products is separated into a separate bill for each company's users. Should I create an additional Adobe CC account and move the appropriate users into the new account? Is such a move possible? Is there a way to split the billing within our current account and eliminate the need to create an additional account? Any guidance would be appreciated.

In my opinion, you can certainly create an additional Adobe CC account and move the appropriate users into the new account. However, the option to Split the Bill within one Subscription is not possible.
