still showing trial after purchased plan

Hi, I purchased my student plan for CC after finished trial for Illustrator.

Even though they showed my subscirption is done properly,  CC shows still in the status of  trial.

I need to use my Illustrator ASAP but having been struggling with it, as I cannot even reach to customer support chat or contacting them via emal and keep coming back to the same website.

 

so if anyone could help me solve this problem i'd much appreciate it, cheers!

 

p.s. I had kept logged out and in for times and nothing really changed.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

 

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

 

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

 

if that fails, change the install location

hi thank you for your help. now it looks my plan has been activated, but it is weird.
I mean, I thought the plan included all the major apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign etc, as I used to be able them as student plan and it was even free.
Because this time that free plan was expired, I had to start new subscription in student price, so I want these softwares activated as soon as possible so that I can continue my self learning during holiday.
Also, if my current plan doen not include any of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc, I'd like to cancel the subscription as I thought they should all come with and there is no reason I will keep paying for nothing I'd use.

I'd appreciate your help,
