STOP CHARGING MY SCHOOL ACCOUNT

Getting livid. 

 

I get my sub through school. They pay for everything. Yet I'm being charged. I've had to change my CC once, and now I'm seeing a brand new charge for Creative Cloud, something that comes with my school's plan. There is NO REASON I should be getting charged. If any kind of CC or bank information is attached to this account, There Shouldn't be, and it needs to be removed.

I can't even speak to customer service as it tells me to have my admin do it, but my admin is my school and they do not reach out for billing issues as There Shouldn't Be Any. 

Like you all know you have a monopoly so you do whatever you want...

You realise, surely, that this isn't customer service. And it isn't the complaints department. This is a user to user forum. That means the people here can't fix anything or look at your account. The best we can do is look for common mistakes, and encourage you to use the official channels. You have to get customer service to help. Or, if you are in an enterprise, team or school, your local admininstrator.

Please explain "I've had to change my CC once"

also, did you ever give Adobe your card details?

The only way I found to stop payment and get my money back was to get a new credit card... but it's still taking money from my account.

I do not Recall giving my information, but someone has it. What I was just charged for, I didn't even know about until after I attained my school account so it seems to me that it's just charging for whatever item is drawn from the hat that week.

Ok I'm having the same problem here. I've been charged twice $120 and I already called and go them to canel my account which mustn't have worked. I also had to cancel my CC which is a rea pain. Of course Adobe isn't open on the weekends and the chat is impossible to find. Very frustrated. I went in and cancelled my account myself. I don't kow what to do here. I guess I will call them on Monday or Tuesday if they have the holiday Monday.
