Studen despretly need help

Hi. I am a student who's adobe abonnement was raisted to the "normal" monthly Price. I have sent adobe confirmation that i am still a student but How do i get my student discount back. I have had no luck navegating the honestly confusing helpibg sites and the robot helper and the special helperchat was no luck either so now i hope some of you here are able to help me! How do i change back from normal Price to student discount? I would realy like a direct link to where i can change it pr a number to someone who can change it for me.
