Student access - discount using their college email address which is on Enterprise

Question

We have students able to log in and use Adobe products installed within our network as part of the Enterprise licence. They can use their college email addresses/passwords to log in to Creative Cloud outside of college but no apps are available. I'm presuming the agreement only allows access within our organisation (I'm struggling to get the answers)

One student in particular is trying to sign up for their own Creative Cloud and is trying to qualify for the student discount but receives this error when trying to qualify for the offer using their college email address...

'when using my college email the setup process indicates I already have an Creative Cloud account, and therefore cannot use the email address for the student discount'

Any idea how they can get around this?

Please go through the following link, for more information about students signing up and their eligibility for the student discount navigate through the FAQ section. If that does not help, you can contact support by navigating to the Support tab in the Admin console.
