Hi,

A student I am working with, who have granted a creative cloud license to, can only see express options when they login. Please help!

Thanks,

Hi @sarah_e._6449,

Thanks for reaching out. Based on our check, you have an active enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. From your description, it appears that you have assigned a Creative Cloud license to one of your end users, but they are only seeing Adobe Express when logging in, rather than the full suite of Creative Cloud apps. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

Kindly ask the user to log in to https://adobe.ly/3XeZHEx. During the profile chooser step, ensure they select the Work/School Account and verify that the profile displays your organization’s name. Once logged in, please confirm whether the assigned license is visible.

Next, have the user log in to https://adobe.ly/47r1lca and check if they can see all the Creative Cloud apps there.

If the license appears under their profile, please ask the user to follow the troubleshooting steps in this document:
https://adobe.ly/4hIdi0q

After completing these steps, ask them to sign in to the Creative Cloud desktop app and confirm whether they can now see and access the assigned applications.

If the user can see the assigned license at https://adobe.ly/3XeZHEx but still cannot access the apps at https://adobe.ly/47r1lca, please try reassigning the license to the user from the Admin Console.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
