Student Account

I just graduated from college and I'm trying to switch my account from a student to a regular account. Adobe is saying that I cannot change anything as I am no longer a student at the school. I had the Adobe suite for school but now all I need is photoshop. Is there a roundabout way that I can change my email so I don't need approval from school? Thanks!

Hello Emma,

The account which you have is federated ID and it is managed by the organization/University. The license which you were using might be a shared device license which is a device based license used only for labs.

You can create an Adobe ID using your University's account however you should have access to the mail account. Apart from that, you might have to purchase the license separately under that account as the license which you were using earlier is not eligible for the graduation program.
