STUDENT ACCOUNTS NOT LOGGIN IN

I have 2 students whose accounts are being rejected. They were able to complete 2 courses on Adobe Education, but now are not allowed to login. My other students accounts are working properly. We have cleared Cache, Cookies, etc. Logged into Acrobat and allowed PDFs. Need advice.

Again, I have 6 students using it without issue, I have 2 that when they login, it just kicks them off.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
