(Student) From Institute Account to Student Paid Subscription

Hey!

 

I have students enquiring about the paid student subscription to ACC.

 

Currently, they have free access to ACC 'on campus' but not remotely. They want to continue their work from home therefore, they are looking into the student discounted subscription at £16 per month.

 

My question is, if the sign up to the paid subscription account, can they sign in using their university account and continue their work or, do they create new account and then have to migrate all work across?

@Kev Bradshaw Till the time the federated ID is active, the cloud assets are accessible. The users need to manually migrate the assets from federated ID to Adobe ID.

@Kev Bradshaw  I assume that the users use Federated IDs to access the campus license, so the student license will be added under their personal profile. It depends on which email ID they are purchasing the Individual license.

@SuJoshi  - thanks for your reply. Yes, it's a Federated ID the studetns have. So, if they use their university ID to sign up to the student subscription, their ACC assets/files will be there, yes?
