Student has own plan but Adobe has confused him as member of organization enterprise account.

Question

It seems there's a misunderstanding with our Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. While we used my son's school email for a student rate ,directly with Adobe. Adobe is now incorrectly associating it with a school organisation enterprise plan. Worse, they're charging nearly $65/month which we cannot change or cancel.

Upon checking, the Adobe ID used to post this query is associated with an active enterprise plan. Your school administrator has assigned you an All Apps for K12 license, which means your school is covering the cost of this subscription.
