Student login trouble

In a school environment and one of my students can sign in using the Sign in with Google option.

The student gets message that says Error.....  try again later.

I confirmed that the password is correct. 
I tried deleting files in the OOBE folder.

reboot comp and no luck.

I have other students use the same computer without any issues.
