Student personal account log in stuck in Google infinite loop

Question

The background was that I used school email to register Adobe account, but opt for service myself, so there is a personal account and an enterprise account assoicated to my account.

When I try to manage my personal account, there is identity verify prompt: "For your protection, please verify your identity."

-> I choose "Continue with Google"

-> Jumps to "Choose an account for", I choose "Personal account"

-> After Google login validation, it jumps back to the first page "For your protection, please verify your identity" "Continue with Google"

This is an infinite loop, and happens when I try to login from different device. Even if I try to add different identity verification methods, I must verify my identity first and come back to this log in loop.

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
