Student requiring EDU Access but no IT department available...

Question

Hi ,
 
I'm a 3rd year student at The University of Exeter in England, I am hoping to get access to the creative cloud which has been made available, but have hit some issues. With Covid shutting down my University completely, its not possible for me to reach any IT staff who could fill out the form for me.
 
Is there anyway to get around this? I can obviously provide evidence that I am a university student etc...I feel stuck as I need this to complete my dissertation which is due next month.

Your University staff is on top of this! Your IT staff has already applied for access, and by now the request must have been processed as well. I'd suggest emailing your IT deptt or look for information on your university website or intranet.
