Student subscription

Hello, I was just wondering why my adobe account is not mare available: I'm a university' student so last year I subscripted with a free account... recently my adobe's app stopped to work, showing my that i have to renew my account. In ordet to renew my account, I must pay but since I'm a student (and I had free access to al adobe's app for the last year) why it tells me to pay? I tried to re-access with my university mail but I can't find the solution, how can i fix it?
