Hello! I went into Adobe photoshop and it had said that my subscription ended even though I purchased a 6 month subscription in August. Now I'm on a 7 day free trial. What should I do?

We are not able to find any active entitlement under your Gmail account which you have used to post this query. You can sign out from the creative cloud desktop apps or Photoshop (from the Help menu) and log in with the correct account under which you have purchased the license.
