Subscription on computer shows expired but Adobe shows it is good until late 2022.

My subscription was renewed several months ago at work.  Everything was fine untill about 2 months ago. My work computer is showing that I have a expired subscription.  I was given a link from Adobe to upload the new subsccription.  That was good untill about 2 weeks ago.  I am back to getting the message that my subscription has expired.   When I speak with Adobe they confirm that my current subscription is good until late 2022.   Adobe had me do everything from uninstall and re-install, to repairs, to just ignoring the message (yet when I get the message I can not perform what I need), all with no change in my issue.  Adobe has no idea how to fix this issue, as they keep passing me around and finally disconnecting and closing my ticket. I am unable to use Adobe and I need it to properly do my job. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com

if that shows what you expect, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
