Subscription Usage

Question

As a VIP administrator how can I determine whether a user assigned a license subscription is using the product? If the identity type is Enterprise ID is there any type of logging such as within content logs to indicate when the assigned product is accessed? I am looking for a way to determine if a subscription can be reassigned if not being used, and to save on the cost of renewals.

Oh boy, we have been asking this for 5 years, all we get is: "we understand, but we can't".

Imagine this for a company for over 800 licenses like ours.... they are simply not interested in this, it is commercially not interesting for them, you're hooked and that is it.
