Substance 3D Named User Licensing

Hi, We created 2 packs including the 4 for Substance products.
1 pack with Substance_Shared_Device_Licensing and 1 pack with Substance_Named_User_Licensing
The Shared Device Licensing is working well but the Named User Licensing is popping a 30 days try-out...
Anybody have any clues.
