Does Adobe hate it customers? YES they do. They charge you for unused products. They never answer the the phone. Been hold over 50 minutes. No answers on web after 15 minutes. So I do i get customer support before I die?

I do see that you have a Creative Cloud for Team membership.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html for steps you can take to access the support that is included with the membership purchased by your organization.  The chat support you have been trying to access is designed for individual membership and may be blocked by the organization that you work for AdobeIsthedevil.
