Hi folks,

as the title already says I need to install Photoshop Elements 12 with several singleuser licenses but also need to avoid the registration of the program.

I'm installing the program with the following command: start/wait "" "%INSTALL_PATH%" /UL1031 /V"SERIALNUMBER=%LICENSE%".

adobe_prtk.exe --tool=VolumeSerialize --generate --serial="%LICENSE%" --leid="V7{}PhotoshopElements-EMT12-Win-GM" --regsuppress=ss --eulasuppress --eulaaccept

Then I tried to generate a prov.xml file and here comes the Return Code 19 which I didn't fully understand because im trying to generate the file and the return code says the file is missing. So I thought it might be possible the return code is generated because im using a singleuser license to generate the prov.xml file.

thanks in advance

greets

I was wrong. I have a volume license for 13 clients, and still the error with APTEE tool.
