Switch account
How do you switch from a profile account to a Company or School Account?
The "company or school account" is created and managed by the admin. If the SSO is set up in the admin console then the admin can add the account as a federated ID which allows the user to use this account.
If you are a user then I would recommend contacting your internal IT team and if you are an admin then this help article might be able to give you more information on identity types: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/enterprise/admin-guide.html/ca/enterprise/using/identity.ug.html
