Switched enterprise accounts, same email address, unable to see any apps in creative cloud

Company one (ABC) was recently bought by Company 2 (DOGS), their domains are still separate.

ABC has their own enterprise account but the license has expired for its users

DOGS has also as a enterprise account, and has recently added ABC accounts using the email addresses prevously set up in the ABC enterprise account.

When a user from ABC tries login into the creative cloud app they are able to select to use the DOGS account, which they do. But they can not see their licensed products. If they log into the web using their DOGS account they can see all their apps.

I have tried uninstalling all the apps and creative cloud but this has not helped.

Any Ideas?

Hello Hamish,

On a couple of machines, Could you check if the machines have the Operating config folder? If yes, then try the below steps:

1. Sign out and Close all Adobe apps and processes from the task manager.
2. Rename Operating Config folder to something else like old Operating Config

Location:

Win: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

MAC: /MAC HD/Library/Application Support/Adobe

3. Launch the apps again and try to log in and check.

Incase the issue remains, please share a screenshot of the error.

Thanks,

I suppose you need to study this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/add-domains-directories.html

Uninstalling the apps does not help here.
