switched to a new Adobe Business ID for our company - Behance lost
Hi everyone,
We recently switched to a new Adobe Business ID for our company.
Previously, one of our team members (Laura) had a Behance profile linked to our old Business ID.
After the switch, we no longer have access to that Behance profile, even though it was business-owned and both of us were admins. We’re trying to understand the best way to recover or reconnect this profile to our current Business ID.
Has anyone dealt with a similar situation, or knows the correct steps to take?
