Switching my account from enterprise to student plan

Question

I attempted to sign up to the student plan using my student email however, the account type is 'enterprise'. I just want my account to be the student plan, not enterprise, and I'm unable to change it at all. I am unable to get the option to 'manage plan' when I go into  my account settings so I'm not sure what I'm meant to do. I can't even figure out how to delete my account entirely so I'm able to start again.

Hi Kyesha,

We reviewed the email address that you have used to post here and found out that you currently have 2 subscriptions to Creative Cloud, Creative Cloud for Individuals, and Creative Cloud for Enterprise.

To switch between these subscription profiles: Sign out and sign back in. After entering your credentials, the Profile chooser will display. Select the profile of your choice.
