Switching to nonprofit billing?

I too have been very frustrated trying to move over to nonprofit pricing.  Let me state up front, though, that I am VERY grateful to Adobe for providing Acrobat Pro for such a price - I no longer have to make a couple of employees get licenses to support the whole organization.  But by limiting it to only 10 licenses, I have to make sure that only the people who will 1) actually use the additional capabilities of the product, and 2) help out others who need something done - actually get those 10 licenses.  I don't see how I have any control over that! 

Not being able to centrally administer and pay for these licenses will be a nightmare. If I could centrally manage them through the admin console/portal, I would puchase all 10 now and then manage them as employees request. 

Also, that is a legitimate question someone asked here:  If jane@nonprofit.org purchases a license and then leaves the nonprofit, that license is still active and they can still use it personally; the nonprofit loses access to one of their "10" licenses; they have no way of knowing that Jane ever purchased this under their nonprofit, right?   It's also a nightmare having each employee pay the $$ earch year and then request a reimbursement. 

Please, please, reconsider setting this up through admin console.  I bet I would be considering more Adobe products for our organization!

I am adding my vote that this is an absurd way to structure the discount. Nonprofits are businesses too, with one person assigned to manage tech licenses (amongst their likely many other job duties). We can't have them chasing after ten different people to get them to update their acrobat licenses every year, it needs to be incorporated into the Teams admin panel just like everything else!
