Sync folder files were moved in to bin folder

Hello 

Yesterday, and without me doing anything, a huge part of the files inside of the Sync Folders were moved into to the Bin folder (mac user). I lost most of my work. My folders are no longer organized and Adobe Create Cloud added some random files as well. 

Has anywone experience this? How to restore my files? 

Is there any support service? I'm going around the pages and I can't find a proper support service!
