Question

"Synchronization of files" always stucks on "waiting for connexion"

Good morning,

My compagny uses Adobe Creative Cloud suite, we use a proxy and placed into it the exclusions as REGEX for synchronisation as indicated below:

But it doesn't solved the problem.

Viewing into our firewall and using Wireshark, we also added these execeptions as REGEX:

- ans.oobesaas.adobe.com

- cc-api-data-adobe.io
- na1e-acc.services.adobe.com

but this is always the same, "Synchronization of files" always stucks on "waiting for connexion"

No problem using an external internet connection.

Someone have an idea ?

1. frequently have a sync error that i can always resolve by resetting the cc

2. i moved your post because i inferred you were using a team or enterprise license. is that incorrect?
