Syncing Acrobat Files

I have 6 user accounts for Acrobat DC

File sync is diabled for one user and  need assistance in turning on.

Message "File sync is disabled, Contact your IT administrator for details"

Not sure if this is can be done from the admin dash or is an installation issue.

Any help would be appreciated.
